Shaima is a lead training specialist at Dolphin Energy.

She is responsible for monitoring assignees training plans and budgets. Shaima also formulates policies, procedures and processes related within Dolphin Energy.

She assists HOD to identify and quantify training needs of employees, as well as coordinates with other relevant departments and parties to produce the training plan, such as: line managers, accountants and training providers.

Shaima liaises with trainers and internal staff to deliver the in-house training based on the organization goals and objectives. She ensures that statutory requirements are met, and helps line managers, employees and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

She assists in developing career development plans, emiratization plans, career progression plans, and promotion schemes by adding the training and development requirements in these plans.

Shaima is also a member of the knowledge share committee, whereby she is responsible for setting the knowledge share initiative policy, procedure, manual and event.
